The following people are artists I am enjoying their content on either Instagram or TikTok. Sure I’m a graphic artist/web designer but they use other mixed mediums to create masterpieces.
1. Colin McConnell
Colin Social
No, he isn’t Matthew Broderick. Colin McConnell is a photographer who has a great skill of making Duck Tape Portraits and art who happens to look like the Ferris Bueller actor. He is an entrepreneur and an all around Good Human. Colin is currently on a bicycle trip around the United States visiting various cities, doing community work (trash clean-ups) and random acts of kindness. Make sure to check him out and help him on his way by either volunteering or donating to his cause.
2. Orisia Nova

Orisia Nova and I met in college at Southeastern Louisiana University. We were both Communications majors. Afterward she moved to Mexico from New Orleans and pursued her art career. We’ve kept in touch over time and I’m looking to get a painting one day soon. Take a look at this thriving artists work.
3. Mat Author

Recognize Mat? Maybe if you watched Project Runway. Yes, he was a contestant on the show. Years ago when I was a freshmen in High School I met a young Mat who would one day grow up and be an artist. He creates beautiful displays, costumes, and outfits with most any material. Living in New Orleans he currently designs the windows for Anthropopology. Mat puts his work on Instagram describing the materials he used to create the decorative themes.
4. Carina Segredo
Carina Segredo I came across through makeup blogger Erin Duganjurchak on TikTok. She uses her inspiration from Miami nightlife to create colorful works of arts. Keep an eye out for her beautiful work.
